TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Sim Room

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern reservations and use of The Sim Room, operated by Narrow Lane Entertainment LLC.

By completing a reservation, checking the agreement box during checkout, submitting payment, receiving an access code, or entering the Facility, the individual making the reservation (“Reservation Holder”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of themselves and all individuals attending under the reservation (“Guests”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not complete a reservation or enter the Facility.

2. Description of The Sim Room

The Sim Room is a private entertainment lounge featuring a motion racing simulator, arcade machines, gaming equipment, seating areas, and related entertainment amenities.

The Sim Room operates as a self-serve reservation-based experience. Guests receive a temporary door access code that allows entry during their reserved time.

The maximum occupancy of the Sim Room is ten (10) individuals.

Seating is available for seven (7) individuals.

Groups larger than ten must rent the adjoining café space. Guests interested in hosting larger gatherings should contact the Company for availability and pricing.

 

3. Reservations

Reservations must be made through the official online booking system.

Reservations are available in 1-hour, 2-hour, and 3-hour time blocks.

Payment is required at the time of booking.

Upon booking, the Reservation Holder will receive a temporary door access code allowing entry during the scheduled reservation window.

Access codes are unique and must not be shared outside the reservation group. The Reservation Holder is responsible for all use associated with the access code.

4. Reservation Time and Late Departure

Reservations grant access to the Facility only during the scheduled reservation time.

Guests must vacate the Facility at or before the scheduled end time.

An eight (8) minute grace period is allowed to exit the Facility.

If Guests remain in the Facility more than eight minutes past the reservation end time, the Reservation Holder may be charged for an additional hour of use at a rate of $35.

Repeated violations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

5. Age Requirements

The racing simulator is intended for individuals twelve (12) years of age or older.

Individuals under twelve may be present in the Facility under adult supervision but may not operate the simulator.

At least one person aged 18 or older must be present for the entire reservation.

The Reservation Holder is responsible for supervising all Guests.

The simulator should not be used by individuals who are pregnant or by individuals who may be adversely affected by motion simulation.

6. Simulator Safety Rules

Guests must follow all posted instructions regarding the use of simulator equipment.

For safety reasons:

  • No person may stand near the simulator while it is in use.

  • Guests must not tamper with or modify simulator equipment.

  • Equipment must be used in a safe and responsible manner.

Improper or reckless use of equipment may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

7. Conduct and Behavior

Guests must behave in a safe and respectful manner.

The following behavior is prohibited:

  • illegal activity

  • intentional damage to equipment or property

  • unsafe or disruptive conduct

  • harassment of other participants

The Company reserves the right to terminate a reservation and require Guests to leave the Facility if these rules are violated.

Termination due to misconduct does not entitle the Reservation Holder to a refund.

8. Alcohol Policy (BYOB)

The Sim Room operates as a Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) environment.

Guests who bring alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and must comply with all applicable laws.

The Company does not sell or provide alcohol.

Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly and comply with all applicable laws.

Individuals who appear intoxicated or disruptive may be asked to leave the Facility.

9. Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Facility.

Guests wishing to smoke or vape must do so outside using the main entrance area.

10. Security Cameras and Recording

For safety and security purposes, the Facility is monitored by audio and video recording systems.

By entering the Facility, Guests acknowledge and consent to being recorded.

Recordings may be used for:

  • safety monitoring

  • incident investigation

  • enforcement of facility rules

Recordings are securely stored and retained for at least seven (7) days, and longer if required for incident investigation.

11. Damage to Property or Equipment

The Reservation Holder is responsible for any damage to the Facility or equipment caused by themselves or their Guests.

If damage occurs due to misuse, negligence, or intentional conduct, the Reservation Holder may be charged for:

  • the actual cost of repair or replacement, and

  • reasonable administrative fees associated with repair or replacement.

The Reservation Holder authorizes the Company to charge the payment method used for the reservation for such costs.

12. Cleaning and Condition of the Facility

Guests are expected to leave the Facility in a reasonably clean condition.

Trash should be placed in provided receptacles.

If the Facility requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use, the Reservation Holder may be charged a $100 cleaning fee.

Examples of excessive cleaning include, but are not limited to:

  • spilled food or beverages requiring extensive cleanup

  • large quantities of trash left in the space

  • stains or damage to surfaces

  • any condition requiring additional cleaning beyond standard turnover between reservations.

13. Personal Property

The Company is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Guests are responsible for their own property.

 

14. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.

If cancellation occurs within this time frame, the Reservation Holder may receive a refund or reschedule the reservation.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the reservation, the reservation may be rescheduled but is not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Company.

15. Emergency Procedures

Emergency exit maps and emergency contact information are posted on the interior exit doors of the Sim Room.

Emergency exits are clearly labeled on the maps and within the Facility.

Guests must follow all posted emergency instructions if an emergency occurs.

16. Privacy

The Company collects information necessary to facilitate reservations and communicate with customers.

Details regarding data collection, communications, and privacy practices are outlined in the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

17. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

If a dispute, claim, or controversy arises out of or relates to a reservation, these Terms and Conditions, or the use of The Sim Room, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication with the Company.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. Class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings are not permitted.

By agreeing to these Terms, the Reservation Holder and Guests waive the right to bring a lawsuit in court or to have a trial by jury, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.

 

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

 

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

 

20. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The most current version will be available on the Company website.

Continued use of the Facility after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Acceptance

By checking the agreement box during checkout and completing a reservation, the Reservation Holder acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
