These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Narrow Lane Entertainment LLC ("we," "our," or "us") in connection with The Sim Room, a self-serve motion racing simulator experience. By accessing this website, making a booking, or using any part of the services provided herein, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using this website.

1. Use of Website
1.1 This website is intended to provide information about The Sim Room, facilitate online bookings, and support customer interactions before and during scheduled visits.
1.2 You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the website.
1.3 Unauthorized access to certain areas of the site, including booking systems and backend administrative interfaces, is strictly prohibited.
2. Bookings and Access
2.1 All reservations must be completed through the online booking system provided on the website. Upon booking, you will receive a unique door code, valid only for the duration of your scheduled session.
2.2 At least one individual aged 18 or older must be present during the session. The person making the booking assumes responsibility for all individuals attending under that reservation.
2.3 The Sim Room is a self-serve experience. Instructions are provided via email, website video, and on-site signage. It is your responsibility to review and follow all instructions.
3. Payments and Cancellations
3.1 All payments must be made at the time of booking through the secure online platform.
3.2 Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
3.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original form of payment within a reasonable period.
4. Alcohol and Conduct
4.1 The Sim Room is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) venue. Alcohol may be consumed on-site only by individuals aged 21 or older.
4.2 We do not furnish or sell alcohol. Underage drinking, public intoxication, or disorderly conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
4.3 The individual who made the booking is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
5. Food and Beverage Deliveries
5.1 Through a partnership with Ride Share Deliver LLC, food and beverage deliveries may be made during your reservation window.
5.2 You are solely responsible for receiving and accepting deliveries and for ensuring compliance with any age-restricted delivery requirements.
6. Privacy and Data Use
6.1 We collect and store personal information necessary for booking and communication purposes, including but not limited to name, phone number, and email address.
6.2 We may send transactional and promotional communications via SMS and email. Users may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying via text "STOP" or by emailing us at narrowlaneentertaiment@gmail.com
6.3 No payment details are stored by us. All transactions are processed and stored securely by third-party providers. We reserve the right to charge your payment method based on our booking policy.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All website content, including text, logos, branding, images, and videos, are the property of Narrow Lane Entertainment LLC and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Use of the simulator and other equipment is at your own risk. The Sim Room involves physical activity and may not be suitable for all individuals.
8.2 By booking and participating in a session, you agree to release Narrow Lane Entertainment LLC, its owners, partners, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or resulting from your visit.
9. Termination and Refusal of Service
9.1 We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate access to the facility in our sole discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms or misconduct.
10. Amendments
10.1 We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10.2 The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the website.
